OPOC Introduces Tutoring Services, Media Team, and More - Fall 2022 Update
Welcome back to OPOC’s blog! Since its humble beginnings in January 2022, we have plenty of new opportunities and company additions to report. With the rapid growth of the company and community, we hope to better serve the passionate enthusiastic learners of our community.
As the 2021-2022 school year ends, we’re introducing service hour opportunities, tutoring services, our media team, and more company updates after a long-awaited fall company planning meeting. We’ve introduced these services with the goal of enabling any and every student to spread a universal love of science to everyone, following our company motto: Science Transcends Borders. Learn more about these updates and how to get involved below:
Fast, Responsive, and Free 1-on-1 Help
In addition to our courses introduced in early company updates, we now offer individualized help in math, chemistry, and physics, with more topics like biology and in the works. Anyone can receive free tutoring up to AP level or join our tutoring team in exchange for service hours. If you’re interested in joining us as a tutor or tutee, fill out these forms below!
OPOC’s New Media Team
Since our kickoff in January 2022, we’ve been producing media content on YouTube in the form of informative lessons, as well as blog articles regarding company updates and various blog posts written by various Executive Board members. However, to reach a broader audience based upon a shared passion for space, we’re currently working expanding our current content mediums, ranging from increased articles/blogs and videos in the later months!

Due to scheduling conflicts with our previous Asia Chapter Leader, Andrew, we have unfortunately parted ways. However, SJ Ryu, has proudly joined our executive team! We are so glad to take our next step forward with OPOC with our new members on board.
To reflect the addition of new members and services, we’ve added additional pages to our website with more details about them.
We’re continuing to upload our Introduction to Astronomy series on YouTube! So far, our videos have covered topics like stars, our solar system, and the forces that govern our unvierse, with more on the way!
